We are a gang of experienced and creative mammals with opposed thumbs dedicated to building games from zero to hero.

Don’t trust your game development to any monkey, better go with the best apes.

Programming Gorillas

Our team of senior developers are the best mammals with opposed thumbs you can hire, and probably the only primates who can communicate fluently in binary.

Art Baboons

Armed with an arsenal of flexible styles and an endless supply of pixelated bananas, our art squad is always ready to jump into action and make every project stand out from the crowd.

Game Design Chimps

Whether the challenge is coming up with an original idea from scratch, or empowering an already rocking game, our Game Design team always swings in the direction of fun, creative and polished concepts.

QA chimps Orangutans

We deploy our team of QA monkeys into every project to ensure that they are stable, fun and bug free. It’s not every day that you can say everything looks shinier and better after a banana polish, but this bunch pulls it off every time.

welcome to our jungle!

Take a look at some of the things we can do with some grooming and bananas around.
  • MMHD

This project utilizes VR in a novel way, with the goal to shed light on an ongoing real life human-rights issue, allowing users to experience it from the perspective of those living -and suffering- through it.

In addition to a spine-chilling and touching experience, this Quest 2 app also includes a Museum presenting expanded information, objects and testimonies related to the subject.

    The Solution
We were responsible for the full development cycle of the project, from conception to finalization providing design, Unity development, testing and art.

Given the sensitive nature of the subject matter, communication with the client was paramount, as we co-designed and reiterated on the experience in order to guarantee a final product that was as engaging as it was truthful to the events it's based on and its goal to sensitize audiences.
  • CdF Vr

We built a time-traveling, photographic VR experience for the Montevideo Photography Center, in which users are transported into iconic places of Montevideo in the early twentieth century and use ‘Rojita’ -a vintage camera staple of The Photography Center- to take their own photos.
Photos taken by users are then sent as virtual souvenirs to their phones via whatsapp and become part of a digital gallery on permanent display at CdF.
Our team developed the VR application in Unity and the backend on NetJS.
‘Plaza Independencia’ and ‘Estadio Centenario’ were recreated in 3D using Blender and antique photographs from the CdF’s vast archive as reference.
  • Knights of the Ether

Knights of the Ether is a multiplayer online deck-building and strategy game running on WebGL, taking inspiration from games such as ‘Slay the Spire’ and ‘Escape from Tarkov’ where players control a Knight and must explore an unknown world gathering treasure and equipment while fighting monsters and other players in tactical card battles.

    The Solution
We took over full development of the game, expanding and upgrading upon an existing prototype and developing it into a full game, including completely rewriting the backend and porting it to C#, adding the necessary infrastructure to implement multiplayer PVP.

Additionally, we provided game design services to revise existing gameplay, expand the game’s lore and world, and design the PVP component from scratch.
  • Koins

Koins is an idle PVP racing game, featuring the titular Koins: a race of space fish with unique characteristics and traits. Players can buy, train and race their Koins on different ‘Trackquariums’ and earn prizes with each victory.

    The Solution
We built a lightweight, highly performant WebGL race visualizer for the game in Unity from scratch, and worked closely with the Koins team to design and balance the race algorithms. We assisted in designing data sharing protocols between the web app and the race visualizer, and integrated features such as race replays, validation and anti-tampering.

  • Sugar Kingdom

Sugar Kingdom is a web3 casual match-3 game in which players can earn by playing.

    The Solution
We provided Unity Development for the game, building the entirety of frontend and gameplay portions of the game and integrating it with the backend and blockchain sides.
  • SAVR

SAVR is a immersive sales training system powered by virtual reality and speech recognition technology.

The training program utilizes an Oculus Headset to present a series of immersive interactive activities that are designed to train and improve the user’s sales skills.

    The Solution
We were tasked with building a set of varied, realistic VR environments, turning the instruction plan provided by the client into fully functional, interactive and intuitive mechanics and handling deployment into the Oculus Store.

During development we tackled the challenge of implementing a reliable voice recognition system, as well as optimizing the application to accommodate realistic visuals and animations.
  • Real Big Waves

Real Big Waves is an interactive computer vision system for swimming pools. It allows users to visualize and interact with content while swimming via computer vision powered movement tracking.

It also serves as a tool to gather data intended to optimize swimming training.

    The Solution
We built a real time proof of concept gaming application in Unity that connects to Real Big Waves computer vision software, allowing the game to be played via tracked movement. The end result was a ‘runner’ game designed with the specifics of the system and deployment scenario in mind.
  • Manufactory

An online multiplayer base building and automatization game.

Players set to build their base on hostile alien lands alone or with friends, as they gather resources, fight monsters and devise ways to automate and optimize their defense and resource-mining systems.

In addition to the main game, Manufactory features a PVP Arena where players can fight each other for prizes and glory.

    The Solution
We built a real time proof of concept gaming application in Unity that connects to Real Big Waves computer vision software, allowing the game to be played via tracked movement. The end result was a ‘runner’ game designed with the specifics of the system and deployment scenario in mind.
We are currently working on Shatterland, our Space Opera multiplayer game in which players take on four different roles, and must work together to expand and exploit a Space Archipielago.
